I made this fruit salad for breakfast this morning and it was delicious! Sashenka actually loved it! Our biggest challenge is finding healthy, fast breakfast recipes that are appealing to both of us. I, for one, can eat my steel cut oats with a mashed banana in them absolutely every day! Sashenka on the other hand likes them but not to that ext ream. A good breakfast is key to an energized and powerful day!
This recipe called for mint but I did not have any on hand so we just imagined it in this salad. But fresh mint would have been a wonderful addition.
